BioChem Water continues to take a proactive approach to the COVID-19 outbreak. Having implemented World Health Organisation (WHO) recommendations since the outbreak of the pandemic, we would like to let our customers know that operations at BioChem Water are running smoothly with these new measures in place.
At this stage, our supply chain has not been seriously affected and we continue to hold adequate levels of stock across our product lines.
We are maintaining strict health and hygiene standards to ensure the personal safety of our customers, staff, suppliers and visitors. Our BioChem technicians conducting site visits have specific precautionary protocols before and after every site visit and also each time they return to their vehicle from a fuel or a food stop.
As part of our preventative measures during these changing times, the following procedures are in place for admission to our BioChem Water premises:
Anyone who has returned from any of the countries considered high risk by the Australian Government, or from the state of Victoria are not permitted to enter BioChem Water premises unless they have already conducted a minimum 14 day self-quarantine period without presenting any symptoms. We will also need you to sign a declaration on arrival. Please refer to Department of Health website for the latest alerts and information:

We recommend the following procedures for our team and those with whom we conduct business (as advised by the WHO).
